Ingredients:
Almonds - 300 gms (soaked and peeled)
Cashew nuts - 100 gms
Sugar - 4 cups
Water - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Method:
Soak cashew nuts for about 1/2 an hour. Grind it along with badam to a fine paste. For every cup of ground paste, use 3/4th cup of sugar.
In a shallow bottom pan add sugar and water and let it boil till it reaches one string consistency. Add the ground paste to it and keep stirring constantly without leaving it unattended. When the mixture gets cooked well and comes out without sticking to the sides of the pan add ghee.
Spread it to a ghee smeared plate and cut into slices after it gets cold.
