Pathiya Rasam Powder- Post pregnancy Rasam Powder

Ingredients:
Red chillies - 2 or 3
Thur Dal - 2 tsp
Kandathippili - 5 pieces
Dry Ginger (sukku) - 1 cm
Hing - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp


Method:
In one tbsp of ghee add Red Chillies, Thuvar Dal, Kandathippili, Dry Ginger, Hing, Pepper and Jeera . Grind them to a fine powder.


This can be stored in freezer and used for about a week.
